The Boogie Bounce App contains everything you need to get fit, lose fat and most importantly, have fun!
Boogie Bounce is a full body, high intensity, low impact cardio workout suitable for all shapes, sizes and abilities - this App contains expertly choreographed H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts to motivational, upbeat music that will get you turning your living room into a rave in no time!

What do you get?
An introduction to the basic moves (you will be stomping, paddling, frogging and leaping in no time!)
30 minute high-intensity workouts choreographed around our exclusive T-bar handle (giving you extra support and the stability to bounce even bigger and better).
Included in each workout is a warm up and cool down/stretch section, short and sweet but VERY important to complete so that you don't injure yourself.
A new 30 minute workout every month so your Boogie Bounce training continues to be effective.

This app offers monthly auto-renewable subscriptions, which are purchased through your iTunes Account. All subscriptions can be managed using your iTunes account.

All Access Subscription
• 1 month, autorenewing
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
